What is your Return Policy?
- All merchandise (unless otherwise specified) will have up to 30 days from the date the product(s) are delivered to initiate a return.
- All returns require an RMA number, which will be provided with the shipping label and shipping instructions via email once our support team has reviewed them and is within our return policy.
- The product(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories intact.
- Any returns for refund after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds are not accepted after 45 days from delivery.
- For items with "FREE SHIPPING," an additional 10% will be deducted to the total after any applicable restocking fee.
- This policy applies to in-stock products as well as pre-orders and back-orders.

Will my shipping cost be refunded?
Shipping and Handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once an order has been shipped and left the warehouse facility.

Please note that an order cannot be processed for cancellation once it has been shipped.
You can confirm that an order has been canceled by logging into your account and accessing your order details. In the case you checked out as a guest, you should also receive an update via email informing you of its cancellation.
I canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
Credit Card: 1-3 Business days, dependent on your credit card provider/bank
Debit Card: 3-7 Business days
PayPal: 3-5 Business days
This time frame allows us to verify and process the request correctly. Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear on your bank statement may vary, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Can I return a refurbished product?
Refurbished products will carry the same return policy as all merchandise (unless otherwise specified).
