When will my Preorder ship?
Products that are available for pre-order will begin shipping once we have them in stock. Please check our estimated shipping dates page here for the most up-to-date information on our pre-order products. You will receive an email with the tracking information once a shipping label has been created.
When will my Backorder ship?
Products on backorder will be shipped once inventory has been replenished. Please review our estimated shipping dates page here for the latest updates on backorder products. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking information once a shipping label has been created.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive an email with the tracking information once a shipping label has been created for your order. Please keep in mind that order processing time may take up to 2 business days. The shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Why was my tracking number canceled?
This could happen if there's an issue with shipping your order using the original shipping label. Please reach out to us at support@hyte.com for an update and to receive your new tracking information.
Can I change my shipping address?

Due to shipping Limitations with our carrier, we are unable to ship to the following addresses:
- PO boxes
- Military addresses such as APO, FPO, and DPO

What shipping methods are offered?
Please keep in mind that order processing time may take up to 2 business days. The shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
US:
- UPS Ground: 5-7 business days (ground delivery)
- Free shipping is available on orders over $70
- UPS 3-Day Select: 3-5 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Canada:
- UPS Standard: 3-7 business days
- UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-5 Business Days
International:
- UPS Saver
- UPS Express
- UPS Worldwide Expedited
Due to complexities with international shipping, we do not have predefined shipping timeframes, as additional verification and work are necessary to process international orders. Please reach out to us at support@hyte.com if you require an update on the status of your order.
Shipping Cutoff time
Monday-Friday 4:30 PM PST
For products in stock that have been processed and haven't been shipped after the cutoff time, shipping will begin on the following business day.
