Awaiting Fulfillment
- The order has been placed and is currently processing. It has yet to reach the shipping stage and still requires packaging.

Shipped
- The order has been processed and packaged for shipping. Tracking information has been sent via email.

Cancelled
- The order has been processed for cancellation through the customer account or customer support team.

Incomplete
- The order was not processed successfully.
- Reasons as to why this may occur:
- A failed payment attempt (e.g, the credit card was declined)
- Because the shopper left the payment page (e.g, went back to a previous page )
- Never completed the transaction (e.g, did not return from our hosted payment gateway)
- Please reach out to us at support@hyte.com if you find that payment was taken.
Processing
- The system has identified an issue with the billing and/or shipping details of the order, and our team will need to review it before it can be processed.
- If the status remains unchanged after 5 business days, please reach out to us at support@hyte.com.
Awaiting Pickup
- Order Return has been initiated and will be reviewed by our support team.
- Please refer to our return policy page here to check if the order is eligible to be returned.
- Our customer support team will reach out with return instructions via email after it has been reviewed and within the guidelines of our return policy.
Refunded
- A refund has been processed and will be returned to the original payment method. The refund will be reflected in the bank statement within 3-5 business days.
Partially Shipped
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.
- For orders with preorder or backorder products, items will be shipped once inventory is available.
