Initiating an RMA
Returning a product has never been easier. Follow the steps below and we'll get working on your request!
1. Please log into your Account on hyte.com
2. Navigate to your order history by using the directory located at the top right of the screen
3. Select the order you'd like to return and fill out the applicable fields
4. Give us some time to process the request and wait for an email containing your return label and return instructions
If you checked out as a guest, please create an account using the email you used to purchase and send our support team a ticket so we can move forward with the pairing your order and assisting with the return.
Advanced RMAs
If your product has been damaged or lost/stolen during it's transit, please reach out to our support team and we'll work closely with our courier and investigate the issue. Once a claim number has been provided, we'll move forward with providing a refund or replacement of the product.
